Hi, my name is Hugo Alonso Contreras Velasco, and I am 19 years old. After finishing my Abitur (the German IB) last year, I will study history and political science at the University of Mainz in Germany. I love reading about history and geopolitics. Besides that, I love political satire as well as listening to military marches and videogame soundtracks. People say I am a natural actor, too. Also, they claim (rightfully) I am never to be seen uncombed.
When I get political, I debate fiercely and defend my convictions. Perhaps therefore, I love crisis committees at MUN. But do not be afraid about my stiff figure, I am only tough on the outside.
I am excited to be the committee director for US Senate and I hope to see you soon!
